Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Your order will be shipped directly from our lighting factory in China.

Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: General shipping charges have included in the prices of our products, extra costs may be added for some countries. Expedited shipping charges are based on the size, weight and destination of the product ordered.

Q: When will I receive my package?
A: It usually takes 3-7 working days to prepare the goods, and 10-15 days to deliver with the general shipment. Expedited shipment will be relatively shortened.

Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: We usually use USPS/ FedEx/ 4PX/ Yun Express. DHL can be used with extra cost if you need.

Q: I’m in a hurry, can I rush my order?
A: Yes, we have priority to arrange your items if you need. But it is better to choose the expedited logistics before you place the order, so that your order can be delivered in time for your project.

Q: An item is missing or damaged during delivery, what do I do?
A: We are willing to resend the product for one time, as long as we confirm the missing of package, or you provide the pictures of damaged item.
